We recently conducted a survey with proprietors from over 100 businesses and asked them how important they think procedures are for their growth. Almost 50% stated procedures are VERY IMPORTANT for their business growth; 35% consider procedures to be IMPORTANT, whilst only less than 17% believe procedures are not important for their business growth. Numbers don’t lie; so if you don’t think procedures are important for your business, think again.
