Future management will not be a person at the top who can give orders, it will be a way of thinking and behaving, collaboratively, dynamically, creatively and cooperatively among the team members of an organisation. This approach will build agile teams of thinkers behaving in a manner that in effect will deliver managerial leadership. Current management systems do not meet many requirements in terms of the future needs of the workplace.
