- Accessorial Liability under the Fair Work Act;
- Personal Liability under anti-discrimination and adverse action provisions;
- Liability under proposed whistle-blower reforms;
- Officer and Director liability under WHS laws; and
- Other regulatory developments and emerging issues.
Another way to say this is get your Policies and Procedures in place to face the changing HR landscape and or amend existing documentation. Get it right, get it acknowledged and get practised in application!
