Corporate corruption and policies and procedures.

In the last quarter of a century we have witnessed many examples of Corporate corruption involving large corporations, big business and building contractors. There have even been dubious investments by funds where accountability should have avoided the losses concerned, not to mention the loss of reputation.

In every case we can remember, appropriate policies and procedure were lacking, but the most important feature missing was an acknowledgement factor. A management system is only as good as the ” Alarm ” compared to this essential feature.Within Procedure Rock, the CFO and team would be alerted to any departure from policies and procedures.
The collusion that has occurred in just about every case or ‘Cover Up ‘ as is commonly known could not occur with an acknowledgement feature embedded in the system. Any attempt to corrupt the procedures would be clearly evident and preventable. Why? The recording of events is paramount, and technology is now trusted upon as the witness. Remember when fingerprints, or DNA, were not accepted by the courts?
Procedure Rock is the total systems solution to this recurrent malaise in the financial sector. Possessing firstly the Policies and Procedure for all areas of administration, and secondly the Acknowledgement feature which prevents corruption.
